Sunny Deol, the eldest son of veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra, has invested in several properties, in and outside Mumbai. While he spends most of his time with his family in their Juhu bungalow, the 65-year-old actor owns a palatial house in one of Mumbai’s poshest locations, Malabar Hills.

According to a TOI report, the house is equipped with modern amenities, an outdoor swimming pool, a library, and a huge gym. The price of Deol’s palatial palace in town costs several crores, given the fact that the per square footage price in Malabar Hills averages around Rs 55,067, as per Housing.com.

Apart from his lavish house in Malabar Hills, Sunny Deol also owns a 1000 sq ft apartment in Oshiwara which is reported to cost around Rs 2 crore, according to Magicbricks. The actor-turned-politician also owns a couple of properties in Punjab, and Mumbai, which are estimated to cost around Rs 8 crore by Magicbricks. In addition to his domestic investments, Deol owns a lavish mansion in the UK as well.
