Body found in Termonfeckin not connected to Drogheda feud, Gardai say

The body of a man has been discovered at in the Termonfeckin area this afternoon (Sunday January 19).

Gardai from Drogheda Garda Station are investigating after the man’s body was found on the Baltray Road near Termonfeckin at approximately 1pm.


The body was removed from the scene and taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. A post mortem will take place in due course, Gardai say, and the results of which will determine the course of their investigation.

The man’s approximate age is unknown. Investigating officers do not at this time believe the discovery of the body is connected to the murder of teenager Keane Mulready-Woods last week or the Drogheda feud in general.
