Oriel Centre gets ready to catch Jerry Fish live and electric

Jerry Fish brings his Piano Show to Dundalk this week, with the Meteor Award winning singer-songwriter promising a memorable evening in the old Gaol.


Jerry Fish, one of Ireland’s most beloved and enigmatic musical performers, will bring his Piano Show to Dundalk this coming Saturday with a performance at the intimate Oriel Centre Gaol.

The True Friends singer will perform his hits and very favourite songs from a career spanning over two decades for the Dundalk audience on Saturday November 3rd at 8.30pm.


Fish (Gerard Whelan) is well known across Ireland for fronting An Emotional Fish and Jerry Fish and the Mudbug Club. He has collaborated with artists such as Imelda May and Carol Keogh as well as actors Michael Madsen, David Carradine and Harry Dean Stanton.

He won a Meteor Irish Music Award for Best County/Roots Artist in 2003 and more recently has hosted the Jerry Fish Electric Sideshow at Electric Picnic from 2013 to 2018.
