Gardai are investigating after an arson attacked occurred at Ardee Auto Services over the weekend, an incident that left a number of cars on the premises torched.
The incident happened at around 1am on Saturday morning last (July 22nd) at the businesses yard at Mullameelan on the Drogheda Road, adjacent to the Ardee St Marys GAA grounds.
Three vehicles – Peugeot, Toyota and Audi cars – are reported to have been deliberately set on fire at the mechanics yard on site, by a person or persons. The business has remained closed on Monday and Tuesday but is set to reopen on Wednesday.
