Ardee Foroige Club to launch in February

The first meeting of the new Ardee Foroige Youth Club will take place at the DeeHub in Ardee.

The meeting will he held on Thursday, February 2nd at 7pm until 8:30pm. Membership of the Foroige Club will be open to first and second year secondary school students.


Membership will cost €20 per child – or €30 per family – with an ongoing cost of €2 per week after that.

The new Ardee branch fo Foroige follows in the footsteps of Dundalk and Drogheda who are each home to four different clubs, and the Dillonstown Foroige Club, which is based in Dunleer.

There are now over 600-volunteer led Foroige clubs across 26 countries in the Republic of Ireland. The clubs look to help young people lead happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives and are a safe place for young people to hang out, meet new friends and have a voice.
